Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days when in stock. We will send you an email when your product has shipped with your package tracking number. We make every attempt to give accurate quotes for shipping on our website. Though in the rare event your shipping will be more then quoted we will contact you by phone or email for additional funds.
Cancellation Policy
If for some reason you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us by email at info@lovelypeople-usa.com. It is not possible no cancel an order after it has been shipped.
Returns & Replacements
We are happy to exchange or take return on any items that you are not satisfied with given that the merchandise is postmarked to Lovely People within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in resellable condition, free from scuffs with hanging-tags and stickers attached in original packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid by customer. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Any returns received after 14 days will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee or refused at our discretion. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. All Returns or Exchanges should be directed to the address below.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time-to-time we offer special promotions. In the event that we should run out of stock, we do not issue rain checks. Also we reserve the right to cancel the promotion without notice for any reason and cancel orders that may have resulted from human or technical errors. Promotions do not apply to Clearance items and we do not allow multiple promotions to be combined at this time.
